Quest items always lootable
Mobs without gold (like Overseer Lykill in Saving Stellagosa) sometimes gave no loot sparkle when their normal loot rolled nothing, so the quest item was stuck on the corpse. Your quest items can now always be looted. Stellagosa also shows her green fel circle again. Reported by gabrielf03d.
Skyhold (Warrior)
Odyn and the Valarjar can be taken from Danica the Reclaimer from level 98 (it wrongly needed 100), and Danica and Odyn speak English. Reported by gabrielf03d.
Arms artifact
Strom'kar is given on the first click, the pickup has its English name, and after Thoradin's farewell you leap back to Skyhold. 12 other artifact pickups also have their English names. Reported by gabrielf03d.
Shadow Priest
Shadowy Insight now also resets Mind Blast's cooldown when it procs, as the tooltip says.
